pro navigation(6nr) and add (6ns)enhanced Bluetooth?

How do i get the pro navigation? And add 6ns? Are these part of coding?

I have the stocked 2015 i3 with basic everything (giga specs)

Pro navigation comes with the larger screen. BT comes with the Tech package, at least in the USA, if I remember correctly. Some markets allow you to pick and choose, but most require you to buy things in packages, which may get you things you don't want to buy. The packages aren't necessarily the same in every market, either.
