    Purchasing at end of lease

Has anyone purchased, or got the purchase price for, their i3 at the end of its lease? My i3 lease ends in December and I'm about to call to see what the purchase price is to buy the car. I received a letter from Auto Finance Specialists. I'm not sure if they hold the lease (I assumed...

New wheel & tire nearly $900 to replace?!

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure if this would have been an issue, but since the dealer (and thus BMW) knew about the wheel damage and the car is leased, I'm not sure if I could have fixed outside a BMW dealer. One twist to this to keep in mind if it happens to you, is the BMW Roadside...

    Stop-and-go adaptive cruise control...

It's not perfect, but it's so nice! I picked up an X1 loaner today that has regular cruise control and in medium traffic I realized how nice the adaptive cruise is. Someone mentioned changing into "regular cruise control mode" and I have no idea how to do this if it can be done. Can you?

New wheel & tire nearly $900 to replace?!

Hi, I hit a nasty pot hole last night which took out my front tire and bent the inside part of my 20-inch rim. The dealer wants to replace both, for approximately: 20-inch Sport Wheel (front) - $640 Front tire - $250 The pricing seems high! Tire Rack has the same tire for $135 + $15...

    Free ChargeNow EVgo Expiring Soon

I have one more month (July) before my (inherited) ChargeNow EVgo free 30 minute charging expires. For you folks in California, do the EVgo chargers at Whole Foods (the only convenient ones near me) actually cost $9.95? For how long a charge? Seems expensive!

Good Lease Deal? - Central California

This is advertised at BMW Fresno in Central California 2015 ReX, Mega Tech Package Heated Seats 20-inch Wheels MSRP $51,045 $4785 plus drive off $169/mo 10k mi/year The unknown part is "plus drive off" and I would think this would include: - sales tax - licensing - security and/or BMW...

My 2015 i3 REx lease details

Is your "$350 drive off" above including tax and licensing? I'd think not and if so, about what were your taxes, licensing and other things? I came across a lease at Fresno BMW with: $4785 down plus drive off (and hence my question above) $169/mo 10k mi/yr It's for a 2015 ReX, Tech Pkg...

Code i3 in San Francisco Bay Area

I didn't know you could choose a value other than 75%. I know i3's outside the US are pre-set to 75% and that DVDinMotion (and similar) can change US to that setting, but can the car also be coded to other values? Any value or is there some 'list' of available values? Thx.

Leases Still Available for 2014 i3's in SoCal

Agreed - Find a new dealer! I just went thru this helping a friend lease a MB B-Class eV. Local dealer told her there we no 2014's anywhere near. I looked online and found a bunch in the Bay Area just a few hours away. Look on your own, you'll find them.

$2500 Ca rebate - lease/finance vs pay all in cash

I live in the Bay Area and I DO NOT LIKE THE BMW dealership in Berkeley! They seem just too slimy. If you look at their lease ads, they all include both the "just graduated" discount and the "super awesome credit rating" discount. In other words, the lease prices apply to NO ONE! I'm not...

Two Year Lease Deals From BMW - Why?!

With the incentives in California all targeting three years (or perhaps 30 months for the $2500 rebate), why does BMW incentivize their dealers with two year leases. With the exception of the 7 Series, every lease on the bmwusa site is 36 months. Does anyone know why they chose 24 months for...

SF BMW is out of their mind...$5k markup on 2015's

$5k markup on the window stickers of the 2015's. I didn't notice if it was REX's only, but does it matter?

Are the state and local rebates considered taxable income?

Are the state and local rebates considered taxable income? For example: The $2500 rebate from California and (in my case) the $3000 rebate from the Central Valley Air Quality District. Are they considered taxable income in California and by the Feds? Thanks...

2014 REX Lease in Bay Area, CA

What I don't like about Weatherford BMW in Berkeley is their ads on their website. Each one (I think all of them) include the Recent Grad Discount ($1000 when I last checked) and many also include having a super great credit score. So...how many people are both of those? So...how many...
