What is the business NAV? I have a Tera World with Tech package and it displays incidents (somewhat annoyingly) whether I am using the nav or not. For example, on Monday it showed a disabled vehicle on 66 west, even though I was traveling east to the FFX County Parkway.

The business nav(option 606) does not get traffic flow information, that comes with option 609(Professional Nav, comes in the Driving+Tech Assist package). My Mega with 606 has the same boxes, but they do not change anything or show any results because the vehicle is not equipped with traffic info.
In the last three months of ownership, it has never prompted me about any accidents in the area.
The ecall fault does not sound normal though, and I would recommend getting that checked out.
