    Use DC Fast Charging Daily?

NRG eVgo just installed a new DC Fast Charger near my gym. Given my schedule & routine, I can now get a DC Fast Charge 4-5 days a week and only need to Level 2 charge at home 1-2 days a week. With the BMW ChargeNow program, my DC Fast Charge is free, so it's another reason to go to the gym...

What's discrepancy between this dealer quote and Leasematic?

I know there are better deals ;) I should clarify the $425 is a net number that includes the $2500 CA rebate factored in (with $0 down + refundable MSDs). Makes it easier to compare apples to apples since some dealers quote a low 24 month rate that doesn't qualify for state rebates, others...

What's discrepancy between this dealer quote and Leasematic?

Something like a net $0 drive-off and $420-$425 per month would be a good deal on this $54k MSRP car. Would require $3150 refundable security deposit too.

What's discrepancy between this dealer quote and Leasematic?

Not sure how leasematic is treating the $7500 rebate but it is taxed as a cap reduction instead of discount off MSRP. Also $795 vs $995 lease acq fee.

What's discrepancy between this dealer quote and Leasematic?

Dealers money factor 0.00079 already includes the MSD discount. Your calc has the MSD discount applied twice. Btw, send you a PM.

What's a good lease price on this i3?

The 36 month residuals are really bad. Try 30 month lease which still qualify for CA rebate.

Need help with 2014 i3 Rex lease in Maryland

There's a CA west coast dealer doing 16% off MSRP (27% including lease credit) on their remaining 2014s. PM me for contact info. In Maryland, try Joe Feng at BMW Cantonsville.

Problems with unused REX parked for a year?

Friend is considering a leftover 2014 REX that's been sitting at a Minnesota dealer since July 2014 (nearly a year)! Since this past winter was quite harsh, the car likely sat in the frozen snow for months. The car only has 11 miles on it, and the dealer log sheet for battery & maintenance is...

2014 REX Lease in Bay Area, CA

BMW just increased their 2015 incentives so it's now similar to 2014s. 2015s get $7500 BMW rebate while 2014s get $5500 BMW rebate and $2000 build out credit. Base REX at $48k MSRP on a 30 month lease should be around $2500 down (net $0 after CA rebate) and $250-300/month depending on dealer...

over 2000 i3 delivered globally in March 2015

BMW should publicize & advertise the 3-day extended test drives. It works. I wasn't even considering an i3 until we heard about the 3-day test drive and said why not give it a try. After the test drive, my wife and I were hooked! I know several people who also bought or leased an i3 after...

2014 REX Lease in Bay Area, CA

Technically, it's not the same deal. It's a lease so if you add $3900 worth of options, you should only pay for 24 month of usage on a 24 month lease. The 24 month residual is 63%, so that means you should only pay for 37% (1 - 0.63) of that $3900. The extra amount should only be $1443, not the...

2014 REX Lease in Bay Area, CA

That also seems high. You're paying a total of $11,740 over 2 years, or almost $500/month. Looks like you're in the Bay Area and for comparison, BMW SF was advertising one upfront payment of $7888 for 2 year lease for a '14 Giga REX.

2014 REX Lease in Bay Area, CA

That seems a little high. If you can find a car you like, the deals on 2014's have been pretty good the past month or so. You're only getting 10% off MSRP and people are getting 15-20% off MSRP before the $5500 rebate is applied. 30 month leases work best for CA folks and you qualify for...

    2014 Rex Lease Deal

For #3, dealers use money factor to calculate the interest rate. The lowest rate for excellent credit buyer is .00125. To calculate the interest rate, multiple the MF by 2400. In this case, .00125 x 2400 = 3%. Most dealers will initially offer MF of .00175 which is about 4.2%. The MF is...
