Does Business Navigation System comes with live traffic?

I leased a 2015 Giga World with Business Navigation System (smaller screen). Under my NAV options, I can select to enable live traffic, but nothing ever happens.
Do my car comes with live traffic??

What country are you in?

I've never heard of the "Business Navigation System". In the USA there's a "Technology Package", which does include real-time traffic.
