Well - not really. Their average speed in the most recent race was 62.6 mph. At Monaco, F1 cars still manage to average almost 100 mph on the twisty street circuit. At Spa they average around 140 mph, and at Monza about 150 mph. That's with no refuelling and race distance of around 200 miles. Think the Formula E cars might be a bit towards the back!
