If you mean vertical sliding (i.e. the same as the front windows) I doubt it's feasible within realistic cost constraints. The rear doors are a large part of the side-intrusion strength of the car, so under the skin they have a substantial, internally cross-braced structure. I don't think there is room for anything to drop into that space.
