Hello All:

I complained about this about 2 years ago, but I'm back. I regularly get about 55 miles to a full charge. When I use the A/C or Heat full blast, I can get almost as low as 30 miles to a full charge. I'm thinking this has to be a defective battery? Please assist. Thanks Group!

Without some indication of where and how you drive, and whether you have a BEV or REx, it's really hard to say what's going on. There is a service menu that will read out the battery capacity. If the battery capacity is less than 70% of 'new' as reported on that menu, the battery warranty would come into play. IF all of your miles are at 70-80mph, and you live in say Norway with a REx, that may end up being normal.

IOW, would need some context of how the car is used.

What does your trip recorder or smartphone say is your miles/kWhr?

Also worth looking at your range loss due to auxiliary consumers - you'll find this in the eDrive menu.
