Vodaphone i3 Connected Drive not working

Having gone with Vodaphone and a new Android smartphone, I am getting told by BMW that they are having problems getting Passwords sent out by text from the server in Germany, I am aware that the server has been down for maintenance, but I have a two week old car and no connected drive. Anyone else having the same issue?

I picked up mine on a Sunday and my dealer got me to sign up for Connected Drive on the day (it could have actually been done sooner, but that's an aside). I was told that it could take up to 7 days until I would receive my password, which was a little deflating, but what could I do? I was also told to get back to my i Agent in case I had not received sign details after 7 days. In the end, the text message and email confirming my sign details actually came through Monday mid-day, which was a nice surprise.

I would get back to the dealership / i Agent re this.
