MSRP $49,875.00
24 months/10,000 miles a year

This looks pretty good. It is the same amount down as the deal advertised on the BMW website. ($3500+title+acquisition fee down) and $239/month for the base BEV Mega. That deal is based on $7500 off incentives off MSRP. Your deal is similar but you are getting the Giga and all of the options (-20" wheels) off MSRP. This is another $5800 off. I would ask about the details, but I think it would look something like this excluding all taxes:

MSRP: 49875
Price after incentives: 37000
Residual Value: 31421 (63%)
MF: .00125
Acquisition fee: 875
Title: 200
Total cap cost: 38075
Down payment: 3500

Monthly payment: 213.91 + taxes

A similar calculation with no downpayment is $364.12 + taxes

I think it is always worth considering putting the minimal amount down since you are renting the car. If the car is totaled as you drive it off the lot, you would be losing out.

Good luck!

That sounds like a pretty good deal.

Just for comparison, one of my local dealers is offering $3000 total drive-off (all fees & taxes included) and $205 monthly before tax on a 30 month lease. This is on a BEV with heated seats and DCFC at $43,900 MSRP. If credit is elite or super elite tier, they will do $0 drive-off and higher monthly. In California, you get $2500 back from the state on a 30 or 36 month lease, so the effective cost is $500 drive-off and $205+tax.
