Looks like a BMW i3 on crack. LOL

From the article:
It's a low-speed electric vehicle (LSEV) designed to look like an extremely low-end BMW i3 with a shiny chrome kidney grille while the headlights, front bumper and black hood are clearly replicating the original design. It's the same story at the back where the LED taillights and bumper are unmistakably copied in a horrendous manner from the i3.

lol.

t has a tiny 3 kW electric motor working together with an old-gen lead-acid battery while a lithium-ion battery pack will be added sometime in the future. They say it's able to hit a top speed of 50 km/h (31 mph) and should provide enough juice for up to 120 km (75 miles) which frankly sounds overly optimistic. Once the battery is depleted, a full recharge will take seven hours from a regular household outlet.

Scheduled to go on sale in the near future, the Jinma KWM2200 will carry a starting price of 24,998 yuan (around $4,020).
