No traffic on map

I recently noticed that the traffic has disappeared from my nav map. I have the Tech package. All the boxes are checked for traffic flow, display traffic map, etc. Anyone else experienced this or know what else has to be enabled to see traffic?

I got a response from the BMW Genius via the BMW Concierge today. The answer was to go to Connected Drive, then "Options", then Refresh. I waited about 1-2 minutes while the i3 received an update and now the traffic information appears correctly.
