IMO that seems outrageously high. Is this a 2015 you are working a deal on? Where are you located?

We really need the MSRP, money factor and gross capitalized cost to evaluate your deal. 15-20% off PLUS incentives at a minimum, but they seem to be less aggressive on the REX.

Putting money down on a lease is a bad idea. If you were to get in a total loss accident you will lose the downpayment.
